Top FAQ’s from Retailers
How much does it cost to be a part of the network? How does everyone get paid?Click here to Read More
It doesn’t cost retailers anything to join the network, and profits from sales completed on Solution54 are shared with all parties:
- Shipping Store
- Point of Sale Store
The Shipping Store, where the product originates from, receives wholesale plus whatever margin they set above that. The Point of Sale Store, which has the customer, adds their desired margin and makes a percentage that is pure profit to them. Solution54 takes a percentage of the total cost for not only making the sales connection but processing the sale from start to finish. Solution54 collects the fee and sends each shop their commission checks weekly.
Why would I split profits with another store?Click here to Read More
The question is why wouldn’t you?
For Point of Sale Stores, instead of letting a precious in-store customer go to a competitor or the internet if you don’t have what they need, make the sale with Solution54. Keep your customers in your store, and make money on a product you never paid for.
For Shipping Stores that have too much inventory and are concerned about sitting on those products, sharing the sale with another store helps you make something on inventory that would otherwise stay on the shelf. Solution54 is a safety net of customers shopping in stores every day that can help turn those products into spendable cash for your business.
Our company is all about sell through and capturing sales you would otherwise miss. When we help your business in those two areas we make a big difference in your year-end margins and ability to turn product into spendable cash.
When I post products for sale do they stay in my store, and can I sell them to my in-store customers if that opportunity arises?Click here to Read More
Yes, products are always kept in your store. When you upload them for sale on Solution54 you are just making them available to thousands more consumers on the network. We always encourage stores to make in-store sales first, but when you can’t we hope to connect those products with consumers you can’t reach from your store.
Is this a new software system that my staff has to learn in order to use the system?Click here to Read More
No, our company is more like a special order service for your store. Retailers connect with us through a basic website where they can upload or search for products to make sales. Anyone in your store can go to our site and use our service. All transactions can be completed through email, though when in doubt you can call us and a team member will help them facilitate sales or uploads.
How does shipping work?Click here to Read More
There are three different options for shipping:
- Shipping Stores can pay for the freight – they would do this if they were in a position where they just want to move the product as fast as possible. By choosing to pay the freight when they upload the product it is more likely that sale will happen quicker because it cuts the final cost to the consumer.
- Point of Sale Stores can choose to use their profits from each transaction to pay for freight if it would help close the deal.
- Customers can pay the freight if that is the only option on the table and they choose to do so.
