This gives our retailers freedom to have flexible terms and react to different customer situations. Solution54 reps monitor each transaction from start to finish to ensure that all of the necessary components of each sale are established before the sale, that all manufacturers dealer agreements are being followed, and that the highest level of customer service is delivered to the consumer.

No, one of the things that makes our system “brand compliant” is that product isn’t being diverted from one territory to another. By keeping our inventory private and only facilitating sales driven from an in-store consumer order, we never violate the manufacturers dealer agreements in any way.

Yes, products are always kept in your store. When you upload them for sale on Solution54 you are just making those products available to other authorized dealers across the country. We always encourage stores to make in-store sales first, but when you can’t we hope to connect those products with consumers you can’t reach from your store.
You never have to update your Solution54 inventory even if you sell products you’ve already uploaded, when orders come in for one of your products a Solution54 rep confirms all products posted for sale are still in stock before invoicing a transaction.
The Solution54 inventory is totally confidential and only viewed by Solution54 reps making Store to Store transactions.

No, there is no software to learn. Retailers connect with our team and brands through a simple to use website where they can upload products to sell, or place product orders for their in-store customers. Anyone in your store can go to our site and easily use any of our services. All transactions can be completed through email, or whenever necessary we call store staff directly to ensure that member stores have zero learning curve to make seamless Store to Store sales.

Solution54 is only for “high end” products, we only post products above $250 for sale. The reason being is our platform is designed to give relief to retailers on expensive wholesale products sitting in their inventory, and to give the high end consumer a sales channel to find the right Mountain Bike for example. We do make exceptions here if for example a customer needs a specific binding for a snowboard to complete the package, but we don’t post those types of products for individual sale.
